Benjamin is Head of Campus and Strategic Lead for Regenerative Education at Green School Bali. He leads the school’s Biomimicry for Regenerative Design (BiRD) work, a first-of-its-kind approach in K–12, where students learn from how living systems work and design in ways that help the people and places around them flourish.
He believes young people should co-create both their present and their futures. At Green School, that means students whose work contributes to their community, whose voices shape how the school is run, and who have the confidence to advocate for what matters to them.
Widely recognised as one of the leading voices in regenerative education, Benjamin is an international keynote speaker and published author.
Before Green School, he held senior leadership roles in schools in Thailand, Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong, after beginning his career with start-ups in Silicon Valley. He holds a Ph.D. in History, an MSc in Education, an MBA and an MA in International Relations, and has lived in ten countries.
