Ryan James Kemp is a relational systems futurist, educator, and paradigm architect exploring how perception shapes the futures individuals, organizations, and societies are able to create. For more than fifteen years, Ryan has learned alongside communities, Indigenous knowledge holders, business leaders, educators, and regenerative practitioners across more than seventy countries, exploring the relationships between worldview, systems, culture, and collective transformation. He is the author of Attuned: How to Liberate the Future and the founder of (re)Biz, a global systems-thinking un/school that has guided more than 675 leaders from over sixty-five countries through experiential learning journeys focused on systems awareness, paradigm transformation, and regenerative practice.
His work weaves together systems thinking, complexity science, Indigenous kinship worldviews, futures studies, embodied learning, and ecological intelligence. Through Liberating Futures, Ryan explores how humanity can cultivate the perceptual capacities needed to navigate times of profound transition and participate in futures rooted in relationship, reciprocity, and continuity.
Ryan’s work is grounded in a simple inquiry: What becomes possible when we learn to perceive differently? He currently lives between cultures and continents, learning from the living relationships that connect people, places, and the more-than-human world.
