Pana Asavavatana

Pana Asavavatana is the Head of Lower School at Green School Bali, where she leads with a vision for inclusive, relationship-centred learning rooted in regenerative education. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood and elementary education, she has worked as a teacher, instructional coach, and curriculum leader across international schools in Asia, contributing to and leading work in curriculum, assessment, DEIB, and coaching.

As a Thai and neurodivergent educator who has experienced international schools as a student, teacher, and parent, Pana brings a deeply personal lens to leadership. Her work is grounded in the belief that education must go beyond content to help learners understand their impact on the world and engage with diverse perspectives across human and more than human systems.

She is committed to designing learning environments that honor variability, foster belonging, and prepare both adults and students to think critically, act with care, and contribute to regenerative futures.
