Fernanda is an educator, researcher, and advocate for sustainability in education. She holds a PhD in Education and is currently undertaking a second PhD at Deakin University, specialising in climate change education. With experience teaching in primary schools and universities in Brazil, Fernanda has contributed to curriculum development, teacher training, and integrating sustainability into educational practices. Her expertise spans environmental education, ecotourism, recreation, environmental science, and sustainable schools.
