Andy is an impact catalyst working with leaders to create insights and action for systemic change. He is a facilitator, speaker, writer and connector who brings challenge, fresh perspectives and inspiration to his work with government, private and public sector organisations. He’s known for helping people match their personal and strategic ambition to the scale of challenges facing current and future generations.
Andy is co-founder at Weave Global, a stewardship-model startup working at the intersection of insight, resonance and agency to catalyse action for climate, nature and future generations. He holds partner and advisory roles at Circle of Blue, NOW Partners and the DO Lectures, and was founder and CEO of The TYF Group, a Founding UK B Corp driving sustainability through adventure, education and enterprise.
As a Mentor with the Unreasonable Group, Andy has advised the CEOs of 160 of the world’s most innovative companies working on sustainability. He co-created the innovative BiRD Lab at Green School Bali, integrating biomimicry and regenerative design into the heart of learning and experience. His non-exec roles have included the Innovation Advisory Council for Wales and Natural Resources Wales, and he serves on the advisory boards of startups in sustainability, AI and impact.
Andy’s current focus includes weaving the networks capable of giving 500 million future leaders the confidence and skills to shape a resilient future and creating a citizen-driven programme to reclaim individual and community wellbeing for 10% of his country’s population.
Andy is a regular media commentator, blogger and podcast guest. He holds many walking meetings from his eco-house in St David’s on the west coast of Wales, UK and outside work, finds joy in hiking, mountain biking and growing food.
